Connecting the device is straightforward. Start by disconnecting the plug from the EEC control unit (as shown in the red-marked picture). Then, connect our emulator to the plug. It’s important to remove the DPF filter because the regeneration process will be disabled. The emulator serves as a replacement for the entire SCR/DEF/DPF system. Once the emulator is installed, you can initiate a DPF reset using a diagnostic computer.
